After 10 + years of corporate sales and marketing at Fortune 500 companies, Sarah was ‘successful on paper’ but burnt out and deeply unfulfilled. She was self-medicating to sleep through the night, seeing a chiropractor twice a month for the stress in her neck and back; her relationships were falling apart; she was disillusioned with corporate and exhausted by the corporate politics.

She took the leap in 2015, but her first business failed before launch. She lost tens of thousands in the process but gained invaluable lessons and insights into entrepreneurship and the psychological leap women face after decades of following corporate playbooks. Insights that later became the foundation of Her Big Leap.

Fast forward to today, and Sarah’s turned her journey into a mission, coaching thousands of women to gain the clarity and confidence they need to transition from corporate careers to the freedom of working for themselves and make what they’re worth.

At her core, she believes that entrepreneurship is the greatest vehicle for freedom for women today.
